The Puffin Alice Through the Looking Glass
These two pictures show the front and back cover of the Puffin Alice Through the Looking Glass. They cleverly use the original drawings by Sir John Tenniel, showing Alice climbing through the looking glass on the front cover and emerging into ‘Looking Glass Land’ on the rear cover. Note that on the rear cover, all of the text appears in ‘mirror’ writing, except the price ‘One shilling and sixpence’ at the bottom.
